1. Delivery Method
Products are delivered digitally. Depending on the offer and marketplace settings, the buyer may receive a private access-page URL, download link, cloud-folder link, or delivery instructions through LaunchPad.
2. Delivery Timing
LaunchPad advertises instant digital delivery. Email timing can still be affected by spam filtering, provider delay, incorrect email entry, security review, or marketplace outages.
3. Buyer Responsibilities
- Enter a valid email at checkout.
- Save the receipt and access-page URL.
- Download and back up product files.
- Maintain sufficient storage and a stable internet connection.
- Review included license notes before use or resale.
4. Large Downloads
Video libraries can be very large. Download smaller folders or batches rather than attempting the entire vault in one browser action. Cloud previews may be compressed; download a sample and view it locally.
5. Missing Access
- Check spam and promotions folders.
- Check the LaunchPad order/account area.
- Verify that the purchase email was entered correctly.
- Submit a support ticket with transaction reference and product name.
6. Service Availability
Third-party marketplace, email, hosting, and cloud-storage services may experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to restore or provide alternate access where appropriate.
